WHAT IS THE PARADE OF HOMES

The 2024 Parade of Homes presented by Troyer Builders and James Hardie is hosted annually by the Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans (HBAGNO) and offers inspiration and information to potential homebuyers. It serves as the area’s best opportunity to tour new homes and see the latest innovations in new building construction, remodeling, wind mitigation, and industry trends such as adaptable and multi-purpose layouts, combined open air living spaces, lighting, and plumbing finishes, textures, colors, and more. Attendees can also receive expert advice from trusted builders, designers, lenders, and real estate professionals.

Select homes can also be seen virtually starting July 3 (following the in-person tours), using Matterport’s innovative 3D virtual tour technology on the mobile app (available from the App Store or Google Play).

The app features a full list of this year’s Parade homes with locations, directions, a range of prices, builder contacts, sponsors, and vendors. Attendees can also vote for their favorite home/home features.

2024 PARADE OF HOMES

This year’s Parade features a total of 18 amazing homes (including two remodels) by 15 area builders. The homes can be seen in person each Saturday and Sunday of the Parade from 1-5PM on the weekends of June 22&23 and 29&30.
